Saturday evening @ 5.30 we got back in Halifax. Vacation was good, it was nice and relaxing and the weather co-operated. Lots of swiming, eating and visiting took place and of course RELAXATION :) Chris ended up not feeling well from like tuesday to saturday so that kinda sucked, but we still had a good time. It was nice to see everyone and especially my dog Kieley, well my dads dog..lol. We had a few fires lit in the firepit where we roasted marshmallows, had homemade bread toasted and good old bologna bbqd over open flame. Lots of swiming was done, and trying to stay cool and out of the sun was impossible. Hard to believe that I have to go back to work again tomorrow, but it's all good I'm working evenings so I'll get to sleep in and be home again around 10pm each nite.. not too bad. I have some pics of my parents house and garden attached, we never did any tourist stuff this year... Chris seen most of it last year. Oh, and we visited Dawn and Hannah Banana in Mount Pearl, she is growing like a weed. Going to go and fold the last load of laundry... it feels like a hundred loads. Hope everyone has a good week.
